Survey: Physicians on the Affordable Care Act
We surveyed more than 3,000 practicing physicians from all 50 states to gather their insights on the ACA. Doctors answered questions on how the ACA would impact their practices and patients.
Key points include:
- 60% said they thought quality of patient care would be negatively impacted by the ACA.
- 57% said their treatment decision-making ability would be negatively impacted by the ACA.
- 73% said patients would have less choice in choosing their physicians.
