Tim Fischer


Every day, we are focused on our mission to connect providers and communities to transform lives.

Since taking the helm of Jackson & Coker in 2019, he has helped the company become laser-focused on its mission of connecting healthcare providers and communities to transform lives.

With over thirty years in the staffing industry, Tim has had many opportunities to see the impact of effective leadership and how it drives the culture and profitability of an organization. Several of his teams have been recognized as industry leaders.

Prior to joining the Jackson Healthcare family, he served as president of Medical Doctor Associates, part of Cross Country Healthcare. He’s also held leadership roles in the industry with RCG Global Services and IMI Systems.

Tim attended the United States Air Force Academy before graduating from Culver-Stockton College.

Anne Anderson

Executive Vice President

I'm passionate about the locum tenens industry - we make a real difference in the lives of both our heroic healthcare providers and the patients they treat.

A 34-year veteran of the locum tenens industry, Anne has witnessed the metamorphosis of the industry from relatively unknown to an integral part of the country’s healthcare delivery system. Throughout her career, Anne has focused on corporate operations, including risk management and credentialing, marketing, legal, sales support, travel services and human resources.

An ardent advocate of the industry, Anne has served many years on the Board of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO), including two years as President.

Anne received a Bachelor of Science degree from Spring Hill College.

Dave Booher

Executive Vice President

I'm proud of the part Jackson & Coker associates play in helping patients and their families get the care they need.

Dave Booher oversees Jackson & Coker's key recruitment divisions, which are vital to fulfilling the company's mission to connect providers and communities to transform lives.

Dave has extensive leadership experience and brings creative, forward-thinking ideas to Jackson & Coker. His experience includes roles leading finance, operations, development and sales teams.

Dave graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Accounting and Finance.

Ted Weyn

Executive Vice President

In every healthcare facility are physicians, nurses, environmental staff, food service workers and many others who are heroes for their communities.

As Executive Vice President, Ted Weyn drives technological innovation and helps his teams implement digital healthcare solutions to meet the needs of modern-day patients.

Ted has held several leadership and advisory positions in sales, technology and startups, including Senior Vice President at Medical Doctor Associates.

Ted is passionate about highlighting the stories of the healthcare heroes who transform the lives of patients and their families. He hosts a podcast called Heroes of Healthcare so these stories can be heard.

Ted is an experienced entrepreneur and sits on the board of several tech organizations. He has a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University.

Vice Presidents


LaKeisha Sisco-Beck, JD, MSN-HSM, CPHRM, OHCC
Vice President, General Counsel

LaKeisha is an experienced attorney and healthcare industry insider. She joined Jackson and Coker after having served as in-house legal counsel at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and a private practice attorney specializing in providing legal and risk management support to physicians and healthcare organizations.

LaKeisha is a former registered nurse with experience in both inpatient and ambulatory care settings and has served in leadership positions in risk management and clinical operations. In her role as General Counsel, she leverages her knowledge of what it is like to work as a staffing industry clinician and be a healthcare leader who is tasked with developing creative staffing solutions in today’s ever evolving and heavily regulated healthcare environment. LaKeisha has earned certifications in healthcare compliance and healthcare risk management as well as a master’s degree in Health Systems Management and bachelor’s degree in Nursing.



Maggie Lisle
Vice President, Anesthesia & Radiology, Primary Care, VMS and SPOC Teams

Over her time at Jackson & Coker, Maggie has successfully managed provider and client relationships in Primary Care and Anesthesia & Radiology - a new division she developed for the company in 2018. As an experienced Vice President - with a demonstrated history of leading and developing teams and individuals across the organization - she is dedicated to inspiring, challenging and empowering her teams and colleagues to achieve their personal and professional goals.  



Nikole Tillery
Vice President, Psychiatry, Telehealth and Government

Nikole unites several of Jackson & Coker's most critical teams, serving patients in psychiatry, in government facilities and via telehealth. Through these divisions, Jackson & Coker helps connect physicians and advanced practitioners with some of America's hardest-to-reach patients and facilitate life-saving care. Her teams are responsible for helping to bridge the mental health care gap in America and enabling providers to reach more patients than ever through virtual care.



Melissa Campbell
Vice President, Product & Technology

Melissa leads Jackson & Coker’s software Development, UX, Product Management and Technology teams. She brings extensive experience in software product development from her roles with Home Depot, McKesson and ADP. Her over 20 years of software industry knowledge guides her in shaping strategic direction, product priorities and innovative solutions. Melissa’s passion for innovation drives her toward the company’s goal to disrupt the locum tenens industry while aligning with our vision to make healthcare staffing simple.

Matt Hale
Vice President, Accounting and Business Intelligence

Under Matt's leadership, the accounting team handles thousands of provider and client payments each year, ensuring physicians and advanced practitioners can continue to go to work in the communities that need them. Matt's team enables Jackson & Coker to fulfill its mission by paying working providers a weekly direct deposit, making the company one of the few in the industry able to provide this service.
