Sandra Garrett
President
Ms. Garrett brings 15 years of direct locum tenens experience, having started her career as a recruiter working for CompHealth and Kron Medical. Sandy played an integral part in the first merger between Jackson & Coker and Nationwide Medical Services in 1998, and she served as a senior level executive for JCNationwide for over 5 years - ultimately guiding it through a final evolution into Jackson & Coker Locum Tenens. Currently Ms. Garrett serves as President of Jackson & Coker. She attended Gibbs College in Montclair, NJ.
Ed McEachern
Vice President, Marketing
Mr. McEachern began in the healthcare staffing industry in 1992 and manages all of the marketing and advertising programs for Jackson & Coker. He graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in marketing and communications. During his tenure from the early days with the JCNationwide startup company, Mr. McEachern has gained experience and knowledge in many facets of the healthcare staffing process. Ed currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO). Previously, he chaired NALTO’s Ethics Committee.
Tony Stajduhar
President, Permanent Recruitment Division
Mr. Stajduhar serves as President of Jackson & Coker’s Permanent Recruitment Division. He began his career in physician recruitment with Jackson & Coker in 1986 and two years later was promoted to Vice President of the firm’s Northwest region. His professional accomplishments include developing a regionally based physician recruitment firm in the Rocky Mountain area into a national presence, and helping HCA launch an in-house physician recruitment team that within two years was placing over 900 physicians annually. Tony is a sought-after speaker for national medical associations and residency programs. “I’m particularly gratified to help young physicians find the right fit early on in their careers,” he mentions. Tony, his wife, Caron, and their three daughters enjoy a variety of recreational and family activities.
Tim Sheley
Executive Vice President, Marketing, Permanent Recruitment Division
Mr. Sheley joined Jackson & Coker in 2002 as a founding Partner. Tim has 13 years of experience in physician search and has consulted hundreds of clients in various practice settings. Tim is a noted expert in the field having been quoted in USA Today, Modern Healthcare and the Industry Report. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Tim graduated from Georgia Southern University. Outside interests include the Men of St. Brigid and United Way. “I enjoy the challenge of growing a company and bringing clients together with quality physicians.”
Philip Middleton
Vice President Recruiting, Permanent Recruitment Division
With over 13 years of professional experience at Jackson & Coker and another prominent physician search firm, Mr. Middleton provides executive leadership to Jackson & Coker’s Permanent Placement recruiters. Raised in a small Missouri town, he recognizes the importance of providing quality medical care to those who need it the most, especially hospitals in rural areas. He mentions, “I am committed to protecting a culture that is client focused by seeking to understand our clients’ goals and needs.”
Dane Altman
Senior Vice President Business Development, Permanent Recruitment Division
Dane Altman has been involved with healthcare staffing and consulting since 1979,
when he first started with Jackson & Coker. In 1992, he co-founded MD Network, a
physician staffing firm and also worked at HealtheCareers Network, a healthcare
niche job board as VP of Strategic Accounts. Dane has spoken before numerous professional
organizations across the country as well as being quoted in articles and publications
regarding such topics as healthcare staffing, business development, leadership and
online recruitment advertising. As a Senior Vice President in Jackson & Coker's
Permanent Division, Dane is responsible for developing new business in the western
half of the U.S. He is a graduate of Harding University and resides in Plano, Texas
with his wife, Carole.
Tony Rico
Senior VP, Operations & Senior VP, Psychiatry / Neurology
Mr. Rico attended the University of Utah and brings 20 years of experience to Jackson & Coker. He currently serves in a dual capacity as the Senior Vice President of Operations and the Senior Vice President of the Psychiatry and Neurology divisions. In his position, he is directly involved with the management of the company’s overall operations, including marketing / advertising, recruiting / sales, hiring, budgeting, accounting, and customer relations. Lastly, the two specialty divisions under Mr. Rico’s leadership accounts for over 60% of the company’s total revenue.
Randy Weikle
Vice President, Government Healthcare
Mr. Weikle’s professional experience includes serving 20 years in the US Army, retiring as a Major and being involved in high-level recruitment of Special Forces and Special Operations personnel. In the private sector, he has been involved for 13 years in the recruitment of locum tenens providers for government contracts. In his tenure with JCNationwide and Jackson & Coker, Mr. Weikle has signed more than 1700 contracts with face value in excess of $500 million in government contract business.
Dave Booher
Vice President, Emergency Medicine/Primary Care
A native Floridian, Mr. Booher graduated from Florida State University in 1999 with bachelor of sciences degrees in Accounting and Finance, and obtained his CPA license in August of 2000. He has worked in a wide variety of industries including insurance, manufacturing, Internet sales, and healthcare staffing. In addition to gaining insight and experience in the accounting and financial aspects of running a business, he has developed skills in product and resources management, operational reporting, and leading a successful medical specialty team.
