Top Interventional Radiologist seeking to join the leading experts in computed tomography (CT), body imaging, mammography and other forms of diagnostic imaging. Several diagnostic procedures used for cancer patients, including ultrasound, nuclear medicine, computerized tomography, angiography and venography. The opportunity to work alongside top pediatric oncologists, oncology surgeons and orthopedic surgeons, and performing ultrasound-guided biopsies for patients with musculoskeletal tumors and breast lesions.

Perform percutaneous biopsies of lung, liver, abdominal and bone lesions and develop an effective percutaneous biopsy procedure for the kidney.
Academic interest and clinical trial interest a plus. Research funded by the National Institutes of Health, the National Cancer Institute, and various regional and national grants agencies a plus.

South Eastern New Mexico Client in need of Radiology coverage 12/23/2010 through 1/3/2011!

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years)
  • Monday-Friday, 7a-4p
  • Beeper call
  • Modalities Required: PET/ CT, Mammography, MRI (preferably Breast MRI as well), CTA, Basic Interventional including: biopsies, thora and para centesis
  • Age ranges from Pediatrics to Geriatrics
  • Must be able to use PACS.
