As Vice President of Operations for Platte Valley Medical Center, I have worked with several recruiting firms in the past. Recently, we have had a difficult time recruiting a family practice physician and we decided to retain the services of Jackson & Coker. Within a few days, the Jackson & Coker recruiter was on sight to evaluate our needs and a couple of weeks later two interviews were scheduled. Our new physician was recruited, hired and seeing patients in the clinic in 32 days.

Dan Jennings with Jackson & Coker came to meet with us in July. He discussed the practice with the group and worked with us to set our search up to be attractive to candidates. Dan immediately got to work after our meeting. Within a week or two, we had a number of great candidates. Ultimately, Dan worked with us to have the search filled by a North Carolina licensed, American Medical Graduate, young female OB/GYN. She was a great fit. From the time Dan met with us in July, the search took only just over one month to be filled. Due to the speed of Dan's and Jackson & Coker's process, we were able to have our OB working quickly.
