As studies have shown, doctors’ personality types influence their degree of career satisfaction and effectiveness of peer interaction. Jackson & Coker invites you to participate in a confidential and anonymous online assessment of your personality characteristics. It only takes 10-12 minutes to complete, and results are kept anonymous. For participating, you will receive confidential results concerning your personality profile. Also, after all the assessments are compiled, you will receive a summary of the personality traits associated with your medical specialty from all participating physicians. We appreciate your participation and hope you view this as an enjoyable and informative exercise.
