services. Our well-trained Credentials Verification team creates a credentialing
profile for each candidate accepted for employment consideration.
To accomplish this task, we rely on information provided by the
American Medical Association (AMA) Physician Master File, the National Practitioner Data Bank, the
Federation of State Medical Boards, individual state licensing boards, specialty
certification boards, and other professional organizations. Personal contact with
these organizations ensures that the data obtained for credentials review is timely
and accurate.
Our Quality Management program is designed to maintain the highest standards of
quality in credentials review and in monitoring locum tenens providers’ on-the-job
performance. We adhere
to the credentialing guidelines and professional practice
standards established by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), and
the AMA. Overall, our in-house credentialing contributes to the quality improvement
